item didn't work, had to chase up, they took forever to get it picked up.Now have to wait for their assessment before they will offer refund! so the money is out of my acct and i have no handle!!! then found out my other item did not have an expected delivery date even though it said id receive within a week when purchased after asking them why i hadn't received yet. They would offer an explanation and just offered to cancel the purchase many days later.
advised my medical colleagues and hospital; not to use this company !!
