Reusable Hot/Cold Pack

How to Use:

• Cold Therapy: Store the pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use. For optimal protection, insert the pack into a sleeve before applying to the skin.
• Hot Therapy: Microwave: Heat the pack for 30 seconds on medium-high power. Check the temperature and reheat in 15-second intervals if necessary. Always use a sleeve for safe application.
• On the hob: Immerse the pack in hot water for 4-10 minutes. Check the temperature regularly to ensure it's safe before applying to the skin.

Safety Precautions:

• Do not overheat the pack.
• Always use a sleeve to protect the skin from extreme temperatures.
• Microwave heating times are based on a 600W microwave—adjust accordingly for other power levels.
