Oscillometeric Measurement: One option available on the Omron 907 blood pressure monitor is to use the oscillometric measurement method. It records the pressure fluctuations (oscillations) which occur when the cuff pressure is released and on the basis it calculates the systolic and diastolic pressure by means of clinically validated algorithms.
