Unlike some other temperature control products, you do not need to soak EasiChill gel packs in water prior to use. Simply put them in the freezer overnight. Within 30 minutes of taking them out, they start emitting a temperature of above zero degrees and lasts below 8 degrees for up to 72 hours.
