Mepilex Border Sacrum Ag Antimicrobial Foam Dressing

Pre‑shaped sacral contour — designed to conform to the sacral area and provide targeted coverage for sacral wounds or at‑risk skin.
Safetac soft silicone adhesive border — formulated to adhere gently to skin and help minimise pain and trauma at dressing removal.
Silver‑containing foam layer — provides broad‑spectrum antimicrobial activity focused within the dressing to help reduce dressing colonisation.
Multi‑layer absorbent foam core — designed to manage wound exudate and support a moist wound environment while helping to limit maceration when monitored appropriately.
Self‑adherent border — usually eliminates the need for additional fixation, simplifying application and dressing placement in many cases.

Long Description

Antimicrobial bordered foam dressing shaped for the sacral area, intended for coverage of sacral wounds and at‑risk skin. The pre‑contoured design fits the sacral anatomy and combines a multi‑layer absorbent foam pad with a self‑adherent soft silicone border. A silver‑containing foam layer provides broad‑spectrum antimicrobial activity concentrated in the dressing. The construction is designed to manage exudate and support a moist wound environment while the self‑adherent border typically removes the need for separate fixation, simplifying application around the buttocks/sacrum region.
