Report a product complaint or adverse event
If a product has harmed someone, could have, or hasn't performed as it should, tell us. Have the batch or lot number to hand if you can — it's on the box or the label.
Reports go to our quality team. If it's urgent, call +44 (0)345 193 5193 rather than waiting on email. Telling us does not replace the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
Need an SDS or an IFU?
Safety Data Sheets cover our chemical products — disinfectants, wipes, sanitisers and solutions — and are what you need for a COSHH file. Instructions For Use are the manufacturer's leaflet for a medical device.
