Disposable single-use manual resuscitator for adult patients, intended for emergency and clinical ventilation support. The hand-operated bag is designed to be squeezed with one or two hands so the operator can vary delivered ventilation; the device is sized to support adult tidal volumes for patients over 30 kg. As a single-use disposable resuscitator it removes the need for post-use cleaning and is therefore supplied for immediate use and disposal after a single patient episode. The simple hand-squeeze operation provides a practical solution for manual ventilation where powered devices are not available or appropriate.
